• Customers: You can use the App to search for and book artisans for various handyman services.
• Artisans: You can use the App to create a profile, showcase your skills and experience, receive job requests, and communicate with customers.

4. Artisan Services

• Artisans set their own prices and are responsible for the quality of their work.
• ForeFada is not responsible for any disputes between customers and artisans regarding the services provided.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals before requesting services.

5. Payments

• ForeFada may facilitate payments between customers and artisans.
• The specific payment terms, including fees and processing times, will be displayed on the App.
• You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

6. Disclaimers and Warranties

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• ForeFada does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• ForeFada is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOREFADA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Term and Termination

• These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service.
